These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyLedga (the "Service"), operated by us ("EasyLedga", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

EasyLedga is a business management platform that helps small business owners record income and expenses, manage customers and vendors, generate invoices and receipts, run payroll, and view reports and insights about their business. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff or team members you invite. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and available plans are described at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by subscribing, you also agree to their applicable terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for fraudulent transactions or to launder money;
• Misrepresent your identity or your business.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into EasyLedga (transactions, customers, invoices, and similar records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including amounts used to generate invoices, receipts, and payroll records.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, SMS or email delivery, and AI-generated insights. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, and your use of such integrations may be subject to their own terms and policies.

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it constitutes tax, accounting, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyLedga will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice within the app or updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
